Aventura Chiropractor
Dr. Eddie Urbaez Colon was born and raised in Puerto Rico. He graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Humacao Campus with a Bachelor’s degree in General Biology. Dr. Eddie developed a passion for Chiropractic Medicine at a young age while seeing the benefits it caused on his overall health and quality of life, specially while being a college athlete. Dr. Eddie moved to South Florida to pursue his Chiropractic Doctorate’s degree and has made it his home. Being an athlete himself, Dr. Eddie decided to engage on his internship working with pro athletes - such as NFL and NHL players. Gaining that experience, sparked interest for him to pursue a Master of Science in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. Completing this degree will provide Dr. Eddie with the tools and techniques to give the outmost care for his patients. Dr. Eddie enjoys BBQs, traveling and spending time with his family. Dr. Eddie is accepting new patients in the Aventura clinic and is extremely excited to build a community that promotes health and acknowledges the benefits of chiropractic care.
